The Pirates and Rum Members are a dedicated group that focuses on the mission of Sarasota Caribbean Charities Inc. a nonprofit organization. While we love the romanticism of the pirate life and rum aficionados, we are very concerned about the lives of our communities. Our theme fundraiser events are to bring awareness and economic support to disadvantaged children, the elderly, veterans and well deserving college bound students. That is why our themed year-long fundraising events are more than a pirate's life, it is improving the lives of our vulnerable community members.
